The popular leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Asad Umar regrets the decision of party chairman Imran Khan to reveal the Rs 10billion offer allegedly made by PM Nawaz Sharif.
While talking to a private news channel, he said that Imran Khan should not have spoken about the offer without the consent of the person who made the offer.
He said during the interview, “He (Imran Khan) should not have made the claim. I know, by the way, that is true and I even know the name of the person who made the offer. But I cannot reveal the name without the person’s consent.”
He clarified that Imran Khan should not have spoken without the consent of the person who made the offer. He questioned, “When the Sharif brothers are in trouble or want to acquire something, does anyone doubt that they are ready to devote money?”
He further asked, “Have the people of Pakistan forgotten Changa Manga? When a sitting high court judge claimed: “I am a loyalist”? Or have we forgotten the time the keys to a BMW were sent to a sitting army chief, which he refused to take?”
Asad said that the Sharif brothers use money whenever they want or feel their ‘work’ needs to be done. Although PML-N have refuted the claim made by PTI Chairman, the top court should start investigation to find out whether the claim is true or not.
