Lahore: The new Cultus has been unveiled in Pakistan by Pak Suzuki. The 1,000cc Celerio is a relief for many in the country.
The Celerio was revealed at a ceremony held in Lahore. It has been priced at Rs 1.25 million for the VXR variant and Rs 1.391 million for the VXL one.
General Manager Marketing Pak Suzuki Azam Mirza said during the launch ceremony, “The auto manufacturing industry is the backbone of any country and for the past couple of decades Pak Suzuki has played its part.”
Pak Suzuki has been long facing criticism for manufacturing outdated vehicles with little safety aspects. Now the features of “new Cultus” come as a relief. Mirza said, “It offers an immobilizer feature, ABS and two air bags.”
Cultus has been the first locally-assembled vehicle introduced by Suzuki. However, earlier in the year, Pak Suzuki has also introduced the imported Ciaz and Vitara models.
